Version T privacy policy
Version T runs entirely on your local network. It does not collect, store, or transmit personal data.
Last updated: 18 June 2026
What information does Version T collect?
Version T does not collect any personally identifiable information. It does not require an account, sign-in, or registration. There is no analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or usage tracking.
Network communication
Version T communicates with your mixing console — and, where supported, other show-related software — over your local network. All communication stays on that network. Nothing is sent to JTAP or to any third party.
Files you create
Project bundles (.versiont files) you export from Version T are stored
locally on your device. JTAP has no access to them. If you choose to share a bundle with
another engineer, that exchange is between you and them.
Third parties
Version T does not embed any third-party SDKs that collect data. The app is distributed through the Mac App Store; Apple's own privacy practices apply to the download and update process.
Children
Version T is a professional audio tool used in theatrical productions. It is intended for adult use and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if Version T's behaviour changes. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any revision, and material changes will be called out in the release notes.
