Questions people actually ask
Do the people I invite have to pay?
No, and that is the point. Invite your MD, your assistant, the stage manager — they make a free account and join. Collaboration is what you are paying for, so it would be a strange thing to charge them for as well.
What counts as an editor?
Somebody who can change the casting. A viewer — the A2 reading the plot, the stage manager checking who is on which mic — is never counted, on any plan. When more people need to write than your plan allows, that is when Designer earns its money.
Do I need a plan to use Version T?
No. Version T is a paid app in its own right, and it reads your show from the portal on any plan, including Guest. You bought it once; you do not buy it again here.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted, nothing is hidden, and nobody loses access to a show you shared with them. Your account goes back to Guest, and you keep print and Save as PDF. Renew and everything comes back exactly as it was.
Can I get my work out?
Print and Save as PDF on every plan, including free. The JSON backup — the file Version T reads — is a paid feature, because it is how a show moves between programs rather than how you read it.
Is a new version a new show?
No. Pressing + for v2 is the same show, and a Guest hosting one show a year can make as many versions of it as they like.
